Return Policy

For reasons of hygiene, returns for cane and reeds will only be accepted if the goods purchased were damaged in shipping. Returned goods damaged in shipping must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition. Requests for returns due to shipping damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

 

Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, cost of shipping is non-refundable.

I would like to acknowledge that Tkaronto, the land on which The Purple Bassoonist operates, is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Today, the meeting place of Tkaronto is still home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work in this land.
